Outer Dice

Roll. Place. Outscore.

A quick, clever dice game for two. Fill the board from the outside in, chase the bonus slots, and beat a friend, a stranger, or the computer.

Free to play. No pay-to-win: purchases never change the dice or the rules.

Easy to learn, hard to put down

Every game is a race to 10 points, decided by smart placement and a little luck.

Fair, server-rolled dice

In online games the server rolls every die and checks every move, so nobody can cheat and everyone sees the same roll.

Honest and friendly

How to play

Six dice: one green, one red and four blue.

  1. Roll all six dice. Each number can go into the matching slot, 1 to 6.
  2. Fill the board from the outside in. Slots 1 and 6 open first, then 2 and 5, then 3 and 4. A slot opens only when the one outside it is filled.
  3. Place every die you can (at least one), then the rest are rolled again. When no die fits, your turn ends.
  4. Score as you go: 1 point per die placed, +1 for the green die on slot 1, +1 for the red die on slot 6, and a bonus for filling all six. Fill all six on your very first turn for an extra point.
  5. Win by starting your turn with at least 10 points and more than your opponent, or by rolling the perfect hand on a fresh roll: green 1, red 6 and the blues showing 2, 3, 4 and 5.
